The Deeper Christian Life Ministry, Imo State, is set to host the Owerri Mega Gospel Crusade, tagged “The Great Escape: Divine Intervention at the Eleventh Hour,” from November 11 to 15, 2026, with free medical treatment scheduled for November 12 and 13.
The five day spiritual gathering, which will take place at Owerri City School, opposite Dan Anyiam Stadium, Owerri, is expected to bring together residents of the state and neighbouring communities for a life changing encounter focused on salvation, worship, healing and deliverance.
The crusade will be led by the State Overseer of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry, Imo State, Pastor Emmanuel Okoro, while Bro. Cornelius Benjamin will serve as the guest music minister.
With the theme, “The Great Escape: Divine Intervention at the Eleventh Hour,” the programme is designed to offer hope to people facing difficult circumstances and encourage participants to seek divine intervention, spiritual renewal and a fresh beginning through Jesus Christ.
According to the programme details released by the organisers, the crusade will commence at 5:00 p.m. from Wednesday to Saturday, while the Sunday service will begin at 8:00 a.m. on November 15.
A major highlight of the event is the free medical outreach, which will hold on Thursday, November 12, and Friday, November 13, beginning at 10:00 a.m. daily at the crusade venue.
The medical programme will provide members of the public with access to general medical consultations, optical services, free distribution of eyeglasses, dental services and free drug distribution.
The initiative underscores the ministry's commitment to addressing not only the spiritual needs of the people but also aspects of their physical well-being, particularly those who may face financial difficulties in accessing essential healthcare services.
The provision of free medical treatment is expected to offer relief to residents who require medical attention, eye care and dental services, while the gospel campaign will provide an opportunity for participants to receive spiritual counselling and encouragement.
