Uzodinma's Vision: Ngor-Okpala SOLAD, Kizito Onuoha Calls For Robust Synergy With Staff

 



The Ngor-Okpala Sole Administrator, SOLAD , Hon.kizito Onuoha has emphasized the need for more robust collaboration and good working relationship with council workers to actualize Governor Hope Uzodinma's vision.


Hon. Kizito Onuoha made this call during his maiden meeting with the Local Government workers in Umuneke, the Ngor- Okpala council Headquaters .


The council boss further said working in unity would enable the workforce achieve the ultimate goals and bring to fulfilment the vision of the state governor.


The youthful SOLAD who was full of praises for the 3R administration for finding him worthy to pilot the affairs of the council, promised to use the opportunity to rewrite the history of Ngor-Okpala LGA .


The Ngor-Okpala SOLAD admonished the council staffers to live above board, shun conflict triggers such as undue favoritism, divide and rule, violation of right of workers and to apply the principle of fairness and discipline equally among the local Government personnel.


He enjoined them to integrate cooperation, collaboration and consultation to maintain synergy and contribute towards achieving the 3R administration agenda of Senator Hope Uzodimma.


Responding on behalf of the council workers, the Head of Personal Management ,HPM Mrs.Ayozie CC assured the SOLAD of total cooperation and submission of the council workers to his leadership.


Also speaking,the NULGE Chairman Comrd.Emmanuel Echereodo promised that they would give full support to the SOLAD, assuring him that the council workers would never sabotage his efforts. His words," We will never let you down, we will ensure that together ,we shall actualize the aim and objectives of this government "


A cross section of the Ngor-Okpala workforce also expressed excitement, commending the soft spoken SOLAD for his open door policy .
