Newly appointed Sole Administrator (SOLAD) of Ngor-Okpala Local Government of Imo State, Mr. Kizito Onuoha has assumed office and pledged to discharge his duties to the benefit of the people.
The new SOLAD made the pledge while speaking to newsmen at the Government House Owerri, shortly after his inauguration on Monday.
In his message to the people of the Ngor-Okpala council area , Onuoha who pledged to discharge his duties to the best of his abilities extolled Governor Uzodinma's sterling leadership quality saying it has placed Imo State in good stead for rapid growth and development.
While expressing gratitude to Governor Uzodinma for finding him Worthy to serve God and humanity as the Sole Administrator of Ngor-okpala Local Government Area, he promised to run an inclusive administration to meet the yearnings and aspirations of the communities for overall development.
According to him, "I am using this medium to express my profound gratitude to Imo State Governor, Senator Hope Uzodimma for giving me this opportunity to serve our people .
"I promised to run people-oriented programs driven by community visions and wishes.I will be mindful of my actions and will ensure I do things according to the directive of His Excellency Gov. Hope Uzodimma.
"I will ensure I carry the leadership of the Ngor Okpala Local Government along in implementing my policies."
The soft spoken Onuoha promised to work with leaders and relevant stakeholders in Ngor-Okpala to implement policies for the benefit of the people and sought continued support and cooperation to achieve the desired objectives of governor, Senator Hope Uzodimma.
